Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage social media activities for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, campaign coordination, client communication, execution, and timely delivery of social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies based on client objectives.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and content writers for timely content delivery.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Handle client communication, approvals, feedback, and campaign updates.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and overall community interaction.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and event coverage for social media content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team on paid campaigns, branding activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication and visual identity.




- Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, and content scheduling tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, photoshoots, and events when required.
