We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the company's social media presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and marketing teams to create content.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.




- Manage paid social media campaigns and promotions when required.
- Build and grow the company's online community and brand presence.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing is an added advantage.
- Target-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
