We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Printing & Packaging to lead and grow an established printing and packaging business in Sharjah, UAE.

This is not a Plant Head role. We are looking for a commercially driven leader who understands the printing & packaging industry and can take ownership of business growth, market expansion, customer development, profitability, and overall business performance.

About the Business

Our specialty lies in high-quality printed food and specialty packaging, including:

- Food & bakery packaging
- Bakery boxes & Kraft boxes
- Medicine & pharmaceutical boxes
- Perfume boxes
- E-flute boxes
- Duplex & food board printed boxes
- PE-coated board printed boxes
- Special packaging boards suitable for oven and deep-freezer applications
- Cardboard display stands for supermarkets and retail

We place strong emphasis on food-grade certified boards and inks, hygiene, quality control and premium finishing. We have also consistently invested in Bobst die-cutting technology to achieve precision and superior finishing in our packaging products.

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who can:

- Develop and execute a clear business growth strategy
- Identify new markets, customers, products and revenue opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients, especially in F&B;, bakery, FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and retail
- Drive sales growth and strengthen the company's market position
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into profitable packaging solutions
- Improve margins, pricing and overall commercial performance




- Lead and develop the sales and business development team
- Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively
- Identify opportunities for recent products, capabilities and market expansion
- Take ownership of the P&L; and overall business performance

Ideal Candidate

- We are looking for a business-minded printing & packaging professional, preferably with solid experience in folding carton, food packaging or specialty packaging.
- The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong industry knowledge and commercial acumen
- Proven experience in business development and revenue growth
- A strong network within relevant industries
- Understanding of printing processes, packaging materials, finishing and quality requirements
- Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a “build and grow” approach
- Experience managing P&L; and business performance
