Site Engineer technical advisor on a construction site, responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with structural designs, managing safety standards, and coordinating between subcontractors and project management. Responsibilities and Roles:

Technical Supervision & Execution: Setting out sites, verifying layouts, and ensuring construction aligns with blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Quality Control & Safety: Inspecting materials and workmanship for quality standards, as well as enforcing health and safety (PPE, scaffolding) regulations.

Project Planning & Monitoring: Scheduling and monitoring work progress, identifying potential delays, and taking corrective action to keep the project on track.

Coordination & Communication:



Liaising with architects, contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and workflow.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining daily site diaries (reporting weather, manpower, and tasks), preparing progress reports, and documentation for client approval.

Common Qualifications:

B.E Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or construction-related field.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using surveying equipment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
