WE ARE HIRING – Operation Executive Company: RTC BUSINESS CONSULTING PVT LTD Job Location: Bhopal & Indore, Madhya Pradesh Position: Technical Officer – Property Valuation mployment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities - Prepare and review property valuation/technical reports. - Verify property documents, approved plans and relevant technical details. - Collect local market information and property rates. - Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, clients and internal teams. - Ensure reports are accurate and completed within the required TAT. - Handle technical queries related to property valuation. Eligibility - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred. - Candidates with experience in Property Valuation / Technical Inspection / Banking & NBFC Technical Profiles will be preferred. - Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.



- Good communication and basic computer/MS Office skills. - Willingness to travel for site inspections.
