- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the stone, marble, granite, and related industries.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and other potential customers.
- Generate new leads through market visits, references, networking, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with customers for order closures.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales reports/MIS.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the accounts team when required.





Required Skills

- 1–2 years of relevant field sales/business development experience in the Stone Industry.
- Good knowledge of marble, granite, natural stone, tiles, or related building materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive client relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
- Good English and local-language communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
