Job Description

As a part of the US Healthcare - Inbound Voice Process, your primary responsibility will be to assist US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance. The role demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and attention to detail.

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Off
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Salary: ₹3.30 LPA (CTC)
Facility: One way (drop)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
- Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
- Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
- Stay updated with system changes, policy updates,



and meet quality and productivity targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of business writing and email etiquette.
- Customer service-oriented with polished soft skills.
- Not pursuing any full time educational course.
- Comfortable with Work From Office and Night Shifts.
- Willing to relocate within Transport Boundary (if not in hiring).
