- Take quotations from suppliers and follow up on purchase requirements
- Track incoming materials and samples.
- Coordinate sample processing and share samples with the concerned Sales team
- Prepare COAs and maintain related documentation
- Update and maintain product information in the system
- Coordinate with Sales, R&D; and Operations teams.
Who we are looking for:
- Fresher with good communication and follow-up skills
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- Willing to take ownership and learn different aspects of the business
