- Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance & Payroll
- UAN Generation & PF ECR
- ESIC & LWF Compliance
- Bonus & Leave/Wage Calculation
- Current Joiner Documentation
- Employee Grievance Handling
- Statutory Compliance & HR MIS
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of HR experience
- Basic knowledge of PF processes
- Good communication & coordination skills
