About The Driya Creatives

The Driya Creatives is a digital marketing and creative agency working with brands across industries to build their digital presence through content, social media, performance marketing, SEO, branding and creative communication.

We are looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can turn ideas, briefs and raw footage into high-quality visual content for social media, advertising and brand communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements and other short-form videos.
- Create engaging videos from raw footage, scripts, stock footage and existing brand assets.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects and music.
- Edit videos according to different brand guidelines and content styles.
- Create performance-oriented creatives for Meta and other digital advertising platforms.
- Ensure videos are optimized for social media formats and retention.

Graphic Design

- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives and promotional graphics.
- Create visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Convert creative concepts and written briefs into robust visual communication.
- Develop thumbnails, banners, marketing creatives and other digital assets.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Content, SEO, Performance Marketing and Social Media teams.
- Understand client requirements and execute creatives within deadlines.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions quickly.
- Manage multiple client projects and maintain quality across deliverables.
- Contribute creative ideas and stay updated with current design and video trends.

Required Skills





- Strong understanding of video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut or equivalent software.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and branding.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Ability to create both creative and performance-focused content.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Motion graphics and animation.
- Experience creating Meta/Instagram ad creatives.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Experience working with agencies or multiple brands.
- Ability to create content in different visual styles depending on the client.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, reliable, fast and willing to experiment.

You should be able to take a simple brief such as “Create a Reel explaining this product” and independently turn it into an engaging, polished piece of content.

Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should share their previous video editing and graphic design work along with their application.
