1. Operations Management

- Oversee daily F&B; operations (restaurant, room service, banquets, etc.)
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff
- Maintain service standards and hygiene practices

2. Customer Service

- Ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Monitor service quality and take corrective actions

3. Staff Supervision

- Train, guide, and supervise F&B; staff
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shifts
- Monitor staff performance and discipline

4. Inventory & Cost Control

- Manage stock levels (food, beverages, supplies)
- Control wastage and ensure proper storage
- Coordinate with purchasing for timely supply
- Monitor costs and improve profitability

5. Quality & Hygiene Control

- Ensure food safety standards (HACCP, hygiene regulations)
- Maintain cleanliness in service and kitchen areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

6. Sales & Revenue Generation





- Promote special menus, offers, and events
- Upsell food and beverages to increase revenue
- Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies

7. Reporting & Administration

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Maintain records of inventory, expenses, and staff attendance
- Coordinate with management for planning and improvements

8. Event & Banquet Coordination

- Manage catering and banquet operations
- Coordinate with clients for events and functions
- Ensure smooth execution of events
