FlowMantis Business Development & Client Research Intern

Total Commitment: 90 Hours (3 Hours/Day)

Fixed Stipend: ₹10,000

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000, based on performance

About the Role:

FlowMantis is building solutions for MSME manufacturers. As a Business Development & Client Research Intern, you will help us connect with potential MSME manufacturing clients, understand their business challenges, and schedule introductory meetings with the FlowMantis team.

Key Responsibilities

1.Identify and contact potential MSME manufacturing clients.

2.Make calls and introduce FlowMantis in a clear and professional manner.

3. Convince relevant decision-makers to schedule an appointment with the FlowMantis team.

4. Record conversations, requirements, objections, and other relevant information.

5.Organize and maintain client data accurately in Google Sheets.

6.Follow up with interested prospects and update their status.

7.Share regular updates on outreach and appointment performance.

Ideal Candidates: (UG & High School Students)





1.Good communication and convincing skills.

2.Comfortable speaking with business owners/managers over the phone.

3. Proficient in Hindi, English and Bengali

4. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.

5. Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.

6.Persistent, curious, and willing to learn about manufacturing buisnesses.

Performance Evaluation Performance will primarily be evaluated on:

1. Quality and consistency of outreach.

2. Number of relevant MSME prospects contacted.

3.Quality of client information collected.

4.Successful appointments scheduled.

5.Accuracy of data maintained in Google Sheets.

6.Follow-up discipline.

Key: This is not a sales role focused on selling a product. The primary objective is to understand MSME manufacturers and generate qualified appointments for FlowMantis.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
