We work closely with schools, educators, industry experts, and institutions to make quality career guidance accessible to students across India.
Position
- Senior Business Development Associate
- ₹10,000/month stipend (KPI-based) + performance incentives
- 4-month internship
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Work From Home
- PPO chance of upto 2.5 lakhs per annum CTC

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to schools via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Present Know Your Careers and its initiatives to school representatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, coordinators, and administrators.
- Schedule meetings between interested schools and the leadership team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture partnerships.
- Maintain accurate outreach records and update the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication.
- Represent Know Your Careers professionally in every interaction.
