- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and follow up with clients post-treatment to gather feedback and promote further engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about all clinic services, treatments, and products to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
- Sales Support: Assist in promoting clinic services and products, identify upselling opportunities, and support marketing initiatives to drive client retention and acquisition.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, manage databases, and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights to improve service delivery and contribute to overall clinic performance.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services is a plus but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, qualified demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
