Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory investigations, sample collection/processing, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper laboratory safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, label, process and handle patient samples properly.
- Perform routine laboratory tests as per hospital requirements.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results.
- Maintain laboratory registers, records and documentation.
- Follow infection-control, biomedical-waste and laboratory safety protocols.
- Perform quality-control checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments regarding investigations.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples/reagents.




- Handle laboratory consumables and maintain stock records.
- Follow hospital policies and NABH-related quality and safety requirements.

Qualification:

- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / equivalent qualification
- Relevant laboratory experience preferred.
- Freshers with positive practical knowledge may also be considered.

- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures

- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a hospital environment

Experience: 0–3 years / Experienced candidates preferred

Shift: As per hospital requirement

Salary: As per experience and hospital norms

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
