Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our remote sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, introducing our web and software development services, understanding their requirements, and setting up qualified leads for our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, business owners, and leads provided by the company.
- Pitch our IT services (Websites, Mobile Apps, CRM development) effectively.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant digital solutions.
- Follow up regularly with warm leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain clear records of calls, client status, and feedback in the daily reporting sheet/CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales/meeting-setup goals.

Requirements & Skills





- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bengali and Hindi (Mandatory); Moderate working proficiency in English.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, outbound sales, customer support, or BPO (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Setup Required: Must have a working laptop/desktop, a smartphone, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Skills: Robust convincing ability, active listening skills, and a confident, professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic understanding of IT services, websites, and mobile applications is a plus.

Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
