Urmil Consulting Engineers is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented HR Executive – Technical Recruitment to join our growing team.

Location: Kalyan, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: Engineering / Technical Staffing
Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering manpower.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals and databases.
- Recruit Engineers, Designers, Draftsmen, Supervisors and Technical Staff.
- Understand client/project manpower requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients and candidates.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer follow-up and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker and daily MIS.
- Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
- Develop and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline.

Preferred Skills





Good communication & interpersonal skills
Robust candidate sourcing & follow-up skills
Knowledge of engineering/technical job profiles
Experience with LinkedIn & Naukri preferred
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Target-oriented and able to handle multiple requirements
Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing or Technical Staffing will be an advantage.

Education: Graduate / MBA-HR / PGDM-HR preferred.
