Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Institutional Outreach & Partnership Officer to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, organizations, and potential business partners. The ideal candidate should have strong business development and marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive institutional partnerships and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and other institutions.

Identify and develop new institutional partnership and business opportunities.

Plan and execute institutional outreach, marketing, and promotional activities.

Generate leads and convert potential partnerships into successful business opportunities.

Conduct meetings, presentations, seminars, and outreach campaigns with institutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with institutional partners.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, partnerships, and conversions.





Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

Represent the organization professionally during institutional visits, meetings, and events.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Institutional Outreach, Marketing, Partnerships, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong business development and lead-generation abilities.

Prior experience in marketing and client/institutional relationship management.

Confident in conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Good networking and relationship-building skills.

Strong follow-up and conversion skills.

Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Candidates based in or willing to work in Karnal are preferred.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in education, overseas education, consultancy, institutional partnerships, marketing, or business development will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
