· Co-ordinate with the team of site engineers, sub-contractors along with client/end-user representatives to successfully support completion of HVAC design and build projects.

· Accurate and timely preparation/study of documentation including but not limited to drawings, models, estimates, schedules, quantities all as directed by Project manager/engineer.

· Reading AutoCAD services drawings including plans, sections and coordinated models.

· Liaison with both internal and external agencies such as Base Office, other groups, suppliers, sub-contractors, and external authorities as required or as directed by the Project Manager/Engineer

· Support project in-charge/engineer with correspondence such as RFIs/reports in accordance with the set procedure of each Project

· Timely procurement of equipment/materials in line with company procedure.

· Timely collection of measurements and preparation of summary sheets to support the submission of invoices to client.

· Undertake duties and comply with all the company’s Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures





· To be aware of the importance of timeline of each activity of the project and therefore behave and respond in a manner that will encourage clients to give repeat business.

· When required, carry out initial/intermediate/commissioning site surveys and assist in producing shop and as-built drawings where necessary.

Essential skills and qualifications

· Excellent communication skills.

· Full Driving License - Motorbike/Car

· Willingness to work on site and out of Recent Delhi/NCR as and when required with weekend availability

· Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with supervising/co-ordinating HVAC projects while working under a design or design/build firm.

· Intermediate knowledge of fundamentals of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and applications.

· Basic/intermediate Knowledge of AutoCAD

· Able and willing to follow instructions as part of a team and able to work alone if required.

· Good computer skills across relevant software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel. and powerpoint.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
