Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.

- Follow up with prospective customers and leads.

- Arrange and coordinate apartment site visits.

- Support the sales process and actively contribute to apartment sales.

- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls and WhatsApp.

- Explain apartment details, pricing, offers, and project features to customers.

- Assist customers with booking and required documentation.

- Maintain customer records and follow-up reports.

- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.

- Maintain valuable relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

- Achieve assigned customer follow-up and apartment sales.
