Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote building material products and services.
- Manage social media platforms, online campaigns, and digital promotions.
- Generate leads through Google, social media, WhatsApp, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers through effective sales communication.
- Prepare and manage digital content, product posts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain customer and lead databases and track sales performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and identify new digital marketing and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Experience in the building materials, construction, real estate, or related industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing, lead generation, and online advertising.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
