Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Complete assigned tasks related to performance targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

- Graduation
- Prior experience in sales (except retail) or outbound processes.
- Robust ability to manage queries and meet client requirements.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
