Operations Coordinator (Australian Shift) – Bhawanipatna, Odisha
Venus Consultancy is hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Bhawanipatna, Odisha. This is a full-time, work from office role supporting daily operations, job allocation and communication across field staff, clients, and internal departments ideal for a fresher or early-career candidate looking to build a career in operations and coordination.
Shift Timing: 4:00 AM – 1:30 PM (India Time) | Australian Business Hours
Accommodation: Provided by the company (home facilities included) this role requires relocation to Bhawanipatna, Odisha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign daily work to electricians and grass maintenance staff
- Allocate and coordinate jobs through the company system
- Monitor work volume and assign additional jobs as required
- Maintain clear communication with field staff and other departments
- Coordinate with the real estate team to obtain property keys before work begins
- Ensure smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare marketing materials and documents when required
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Prepare and deliver presentations when needed
- Focus on providing information and support to customers no aggressive sales required
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Valuable computer knowledge (MS Office and general system use)
- Willingness to work Australian shift hours
- Must be ready to relocate to Bhawanipatna, Odisha
