Job Summary

Vishya Learning Solutions is looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editing & E-Learning Content Development Expert with 2–3+ years of relevant professional experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and visually compelling corporate e-learning content, training videos, and digital learning modules.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in professional video editing, motion graphics, animation, audio editing, visual storytelling, screen recording, and e-learning content development. The role requires an individual who can independently manage the complete content production lifecycle—from script/storyboard interpretation and visual conceptualization to editing, animation, post-production, quality review, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit professional corporate training and e-learning videos using raw footage, scripts, voiceovers, PPTs, storyboards, and visual assets.

Create engaging video sequences using cuts, transitions, animations, graphics, overlays, captions, and visual effects.

Synchronize voiceovers, background music, sound effects, animations, and on-screen visuals.

Perform color correction, audio enhancement, noise reduction, and overall video optimization.

Maintain consistency in visual quality, branding, typography, transitions, and design.

Ensure final videos meet professional standards for corporate learning and digital platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to defined timelines and quality standards.

2. E-Learning Content Development

Develop engaging video-based e-learning modules for corporate learners.

Convert scripts, storyboards, PPTs, and learning objectives into visually effective learning experiences.

Create explainer videos, process videos, scenario-based learning, animated learning content, and instructional videos.

Develop screen-recording-based tutorials and software/process demonstrations.





Apply visual storytelling techniques to simplify complex concepts.

Ensure content is learner-friendly, engaging, accurate, and aligned with defined learning objectives.

Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to translate learning requirements into effective visual content.

3. Motion Graphics & Animation

Create professional motion graphics, animated icons, infographics, charts, diagrams, and kinetic typography.

Develop animations that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Create visual assets aligned with corporate branding and project guidelines.

Integrate illustrations, icons, characters, and other visual elements appropriately.

Develop consistent visual design systems across multiple e-learning modules.

4. Audio & Voiceover Production

Edit, clean, enhance, and synchronize professional voiceovers with video content.

Perform noise reduction, audio enhancement, volume balancing, and audio mastering.

Add appropriate background music and sound effects.

Ensure skilled audio-video synchronization throughout the module.

Maintain appropriate audio levels for online learning and corporate training environments.

5. E-Learning Tools & Technologies

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft PowerPoint, and screen-recording/video capture tools.

Knowledge of modern AI-powered video editing, animation, voiceover, avatar, image-generation, and content-development tools is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in skilled video editing and post-production.

Excellent knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

Strong understanding of corporate e-learning and digital learning content.

Excellent visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.

Ability to interpret scripts and storyboards and translate them into effective visual content.

Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, transitions, and design principles.

Good understanding of audio editing and voiceover synchronization.

Ability to work with scripts, storyboards, PPTs, voiceovers, raw footage, and design assets.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

Positive communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, and other content-development professionals.

Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and AI-enabled content creation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, E-Learning, or a related field.





2–3+ years of relevant professional experience in video editing, multimedia, e-learning, or corporate content development.

Previous experience working on corporate learning and development projects is highly preferred.

Experience working with corporate clients is an added advantage.

Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating professional video editing and e-learning content development capabilities.

Candidates with strong corporate e-learning portfolios will be given preference.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Sunday: Weekly holiday.

Every 3rd Saturday: Holiday.

General Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.

Alternate Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST.

Shift Rotation: Employees will be assigned/switched between shifts on a month-on-month basis, depending on organizational requirements.

Compensation

₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, technical expertise, portfolio, skill set, and overall suitability for the role.
