Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager for a leading Kitchen Sink Company. The candidate will be responsible for driving kitchen sink sales, expanding the dealer and distributor network, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s market presence in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for kitchen sink products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with kitchen sink dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand the kitchen sink market.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase kitchen sink sales and market penetration.
- Conduct regular market visits and meetings with channel partners.
- Promote kitchen sink products and ensure effective product display and visibility in the market.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, modular kitchen dealers, and other key influencers.
- Monitor competitor kitchen sink products, pricing,



market activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order generation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from channel partners.
- Conduct dealer meets, kitchen sink product presentations, and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare sales reports, market updates, competitor analysis, and performance reports for management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Kitchen Sink industry.
- Experience in kitchen sink dealer and distributor management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR kitchen sink market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
