Job Description:

1. Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

- Pre-Processing & Meshing: Perform high-quality 1D, 2D (midsurface), and 3D (Tetrahedral & Hexahedral) meshing using Altair Hypermesh. Establish precise FE connections.
- Structural & Dynamic Solves: Set up and execute Linear Static, Modal, Harmonic, Random Vibration, Transient, and Implicit/Explicit Drop analysis using Optistruct and Radioss.
- Advanced Mechanics: Define complex contact non-linearities, non-linear analysis, fatigue, and fracture mechanics.
- Analytical Validation: Conduct classical analytical hand calculations for bolted and welded joint design connections to validate simulation outputs.
- Post-Processing: Evaluate structural strength and vibration characteristics using Hyper-view and Hypergraph.

2. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)

- CFD Pre-Processing: Generate fluid domain geometries and high-fidelity CFD meshes using Altair Hyper-mesh.
- Flow & Thermal Solves: Perform multi-physics simulations including Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) and fluid flow analysis using Acusolve.
- Post-Processing: Analyze fluid dynamics and thermal distributions using AcufieldView.

3. Documentation & Delivery

- Technical Reporting: Document analysis methodologies, load cases, structural safety margins, and engineering findings into explicit technical reports.
- Quality Assurance:



Ensure first-time-right, error-free deliverables matching strict project timelines.
- Cross-functional Communication: Articulate engineering recommendations and simulation changes clearly to the design and testing teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Automobile Engineering with 2 to 4 years experience.
- Core Strengths: Strong foundational and conceptual knowledge of mechanics of materials, structural dynamics, vibration, fluid flow, and heat transfer.
- Tools Portfolio: Advanced proficiency across the Altair HyperWorks suite (Hypermesh, Optistruct, Radioss, Acusolve, HyperView).

- Qualification - B.E. / B. tech (Mech)
- Experience - 4 to 6 Years.
