· Implementation and Maintenance of Quality systems such as AS 9100 Rev D, ISO 9001:2015, & necessary preparatory work for ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018

· Generation, Updating and Maintenance of four levels of documents (Manual’s, SOP’s, WI’s and Formats)

· Preparing Internal Quality Audit (IQA) Plan and execution of IQA along with its complete documentation

· HIRA and Risk Management

· Prepare and maintain QAPs

· Ensure correct drawings, specifications and QAP’s are provided to QC

· Monitoring of Inspection at all states and periodic review

· Monitoring of Quality of Vendor Supplied Material and review of their Quality Documents

· Reducing IN process rework/rejection and Customer thr timely RCA and NCCA Closure

· Communication with Customer on Customer Complaint and its resolution





· Monitoring of Quarantine Area and Handling of Non Confirming Product with QA Engineer

· On site visit at vendor’s facility for discussion, inspection, verification and evaluation of vendor as well as products and services provided for existing and new supplier/Product development

· Ensure validation and re-validation of coating/welding Operator/Special Processes
