LookUp Marketing (a Tech Guru Group company) is hiring Field Sales Executives to sell SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development and Performance Marketing services to businesses across Delhi NCR.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Attend 3-4 client meetings per day from appointments booked by the telecalling team and self-generated leads.

- Understand client requirements, present our services and recommend the right service mix and budget.

- Prepare and present proposals, pricing and service scope with support from the pre-sales team.

- Negotiate commercials, close monthly retainers and one-time projects, and collect signed work orders.

- Build a personal pipeline through references, local business networks, vendor tie-ups and field visits.

- Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth client onboarding and first-month execution.

- Follow up for payments and support renewals and upselling within assigned accounts.

- Maintain daily meeting reports,



pipeline status and next actions in the CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, concept selling or agency/service sales.

- Proven record of independently closing deals, not only booking meetings.

- Good spoken English and Hindi with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

- Willing to travel daily across Delhi NCR. Two-wheeler preferred.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, social media) is an advantage.

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred.
