Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Manager – Pharma with robust experience in Latin America (LATAM) and Central American markets. The candidate will be responsible for international business development, distributor management, sales growth, and end-to-end export operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage pharmaceutical business across LATAM & Central America.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, importers, agents, and customers.
- Manage existing international clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, QA, Production, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Coordinate export documentation, shipment, and delivery.
- Support product registration and country-specific regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends,



competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and country-wise business updates.
- Travel internationally for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development, as required.

Required Experience & Skills

- 2–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Export / International Business.
- Mandatory experience in LATAM and/or Central American pharma markets.
- Strong network of international distributors/importers.
- Good knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Experience with Pharma Formulations / Generics / Branded Generics will be preferred.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, International Business, or related field. MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
