About the Role

CareerNaksha is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Counsellor to work on our CSR Project in Vapi. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students/beneficiaries, understanding their needs, providing appropriate guidance, and supporting them throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students/beneficiaries regarding education, career, and skill-development opportunities.

Understand individual needs, interests, and goals and provide suitable guidance.

Conduct counselling sessions and maintain regular follow-ups.

Explain project programs, activities, and available opportunities clearly.

Maintain records of students/beneficiaries and counselling activities.

Coordinate with the project team for smooth implementation of CSR activities.

Build positive relationships with students, parents, and community members.

Address queries and provide timely support.

Prepare basic reports and updates related to counselling activities.

Meet assigned project and counselling targets.





Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

Freshers can apply; experience in counselling, education, social work, or sales will be an advantage.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is an advantage.

Patient, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with students and communities.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work on-site in Vapi.

Candidates who are comfortable with company-provided stay and food will be preferred.
