Cake’o’Clocks is looking for a friendly and responsible Bakery Counter Staff to manage customer service and counter sales at our bakery. The candidate should be polite, organized, and able to handle customers professionally.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the bakery counter.
- Take orders for cakes and bakery products.
- Handle billing and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the display counter.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for customer orders.
- Answer customer queries regarding cake designs, flavors, and delivery.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and handling payments.
- Friendly, responsible, and punctual.
- Previous retail or bakery experience preferred but not mandatory.
