Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Answer inbound customer calls and queries
- Explain company products or services
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain customer data and call records in CRM/software
- Achieve daily or monthly targets
- Handle customer complaints professionally

Skills Required

- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/local language)
- Convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Patience and confidence
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Customer handling skills

Qualification

- Usually 12th pass or Any Graduate
- Freshers are often eligible
- Prior calling/sales experience is a plus

Salary in India

- Freshers: ₹8,000–₹15,000/month
- Experienced:



₹20,000+ with incentives depending on sales targets and industry
