Job Description:
The Manager - Training will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs and initiatives for Axis Max Life Insurance. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with employees and management.
- Develop and update training materials and programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Facilitate training sessions in various formats including workshops, seminars, and e-learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and employee performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training content and delivery.
- Manage the training budget,



resources, and schedules to ensure efficiency.
