We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage the brand’s day-to-day digital marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should be confident with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms, have a valuable understanding of content creation and social media growth, and be comfortable handling leads generated through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Plan and execute regular organic content, including Reels, posts, stories and videos.
- Create engaging content that increases brand awareness, reach and customer enquiries.
- Handle comments, DMs and customer queries across social media platforms.
- Follow up with leads received through Instagram,
Facebook, WhatsApp and other online channels.
- Maintain proper lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities to generate more enquiries organically.
- Coordinate with the owner/team to understand offers, products, customer requirements and upcoming activities.
- Monitor social media performance and continuously improve content based on what works.
- Take ownership of the brand’s digital presence and execute activities independently.
