We are looking for a Bell Boy who is passionate about guest service and ready to be a key part of our Front Office team.

As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play an important role in delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly and assist with their luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
- Support the Front Office team during check-in and check-out.
- Ensure proper handling, tagging, and delivery of guest luggage.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management background preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in hospitality (Freshers may apply)




- Positive communication skills and pleasant personality
- Service-oriented attitude and willingness to assist guests
- Candidates from Mumbai preferred
