Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, computer systems, network, hardware, software, and day-to-day technical support. The candidate will ensure reliable, secure, and smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, servers, network devices, and other IT assets.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, and system security.
- Maintain regular data backup and recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and resolve IT infrastructure issues promptly.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licences, and system documentation.
- Implement basic cybersecurity practices, antivirus protection, and access controls.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Support IT requirements for production, office, and R&D; operations.




- Ensure proper IT setup for recent employees, including systems, accounts, and access.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware.
- Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of server administration and data backup.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / email administration is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and network security.
- IT asset and user account management.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure or system administration experience.
- Experience supporting IT operations in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
