New Fleet Solutions manages daily accounting workflows, supervises financial record-keeping, oversees US payroll and invoice dispute resolutions, and ensures compliance with internal controls. The role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP payroll systems, and Amazon DSP accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Supervision: Lead, guide, and mentor accounting team members to maintain high accuracy and output.
- Operations Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Fleet Accounting & Disputed Invoices: Handle fleet invoice validation, resolve specialized disputes, and manage database validations.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee US payroll cycles, bonuses, and driver incentive computations via ADP or Paycom.
- Compliance & Reporting: Support month-end close processes, tax prep work, and adherence to internal financial controls.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional accounting and bookkeeping experience, with prior lead or supervisory background.




- Domain Knowledge: Preferred exposure to Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) accounting models.
- Software Skills: Hands-on expertise using QuickBooks (or QBO) and ADP Payroll.
- Technical Skills: Robust command of Microsoft Excel, accrual accounting methods, and financial reporting.
