Job Description

We are hiring a Billing Executive for our quarry and crushing unit located in Periyakulam, Theni. The candidate will be responsible for preparing bills, maintaining sales and dispatch records, coordinating with the weighbridge/site team, and ensuring accurate documentation of daily material movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer bills and invoices for materials such as aggregates, M-sand, P-sand, etc.
- Maintain daily sales, dispatch, and billing records
- Coordinate with weighbridge operator, site staff, drivers, and customers
- Verify load details, vehicle numbers, quantity, and rate before billing
- Maintain proper records of cash/credit sales
- Support basic accounts and office documentation
- Prepare daily billing and collection reports
- Ensure accurate filing of invoices, delivery notes, and related documents

Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge is required




- Knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, or Tally will be an advantage
- Prior experience in billing, accounts, weighbridge, crusher, quarry, construction materials, or logistics preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with site staff and customers
- Candidates from Periyakulam, Theni, or nearby areas preferred
