Sales Manager – EdTech

Qualification: UG / PG
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in EdTech Sales
Age: 23–30 Years
Team Handling: 23–30 Members, including 2 Team Leaders
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the overall sales team, including 2 Team Leaders and their respective teams.
- Drive daily, monthly, and quarterly admission and revenue targets for UG/PG programs.
- Monitor team performance, lead conversion, follow-ups, calls, and revenue.
- Guide and mentor Team Leaders to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Develop sales strategies to improve lead conversion and overall team productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/training.
- Handle important student/parent escalations and support the team in closing admissions.
- Analyze sales reports, identify performance gaps, and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic,



and Operations teams for smooth admissions.
- Ensure proper CRM usage, reporting, and adherence to sales processes.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in EdTech sales, preferably in UG/PG admissions.
- Proven experience in managing a 25+ member sales team.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing Team Leaders is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, target-oriented EdTech environment.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
