About the role: We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Senior Telesales Executive to drive outreach for an exclusive real estate SaaS software project at Ganesh Enterprises. In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying leads, conducting cold outreach, pitching software solutions to prospective clients, and growing our market footprint.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to real estate companies and related businesses.
- Pitch real estate SaaS solutions to key decision-makers and convert prospects into clients.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospect discovery to deal closing.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using CRM and sales tools.
- Coordinate with leadership on pipeline updates, target tracking,
and conversion performance.
Who Should Apply:
- 1–2 years of experience strictly in SaaS sales, software sales, or software reselling (B2B non-SaaS experience will not be considered).
- Prior experience selling real estate software is a strong advantage.
- Strong fluency in both English and Hindi (both spoken and reading proficiency are essential for target markets).
- Tech-savvy professional with a solid understanding of software solutions and spreadsheet/CRM tools.
- Goal-driven individual with solid negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
