About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical **Business Analyst Trainee** to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, working with stakeholders, and contributing to software development projects.

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and help translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document business and client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering through discussions, meetings, and research.
- Prepare **BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams**.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly understood.
- Participate in client meetings and requirement clarification sessions.
- Create and maintain project documentation.




- Assist in preparing functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Track requirements, changes, and project updates.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help validate developed features against requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Learn and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in real-world projects.

Required Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of business processes and requirement analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of **SDLC and Software Development Life Cycle**.
- Basic understanding of **Agile/Scrum methodology**.
- Ability to create clear documentation and process flows.
- Good knowledge of **MS Excel / Google Sheets**.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with development teams.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in **BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field**.
- Candidates with academic projects, internships, or certifications related to Business Analysis will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
