Job Overview

TGH Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals across various technologies and be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand technical requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic screening and coordinate technical interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand open positions.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and meet recruitment targets.




- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Technical Hiring Exposure

Candidates with experience recruiting for technologies such as:
MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure, Databricks, Salesforce, Snowflake, Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, QA, DevOps, and other IT technologies will be preferred.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closure skills.
- Experience in recruitment for IT services/consulting organizations will be an advantage.

Education

Any Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
