We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive cement sales and expand the company's market presence in Narmadapuram and nearby areas.

The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and retailer networks, generating sales from contractors and builders, achieving monthly targets, conducting market visits, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for cement products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors and builders.
- Appoint new dealers and sub-dealers in the assigned territory.
- Increase sales volume and market share in the assigned area.
- Conduct regular market and construction-site visits.
- Generate current business opportunities and identify potential customers.
- Promote company products, schemes and offers in the market.
- Monitor competitor prices, products, schemes and market activities.
- Ensure proper product availability and coordinate with dealers/company teams for timely supplies.




- Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection from customers.
- Maintain healthy dealer relationships and resolve customer issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market updates.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager, logistics and accounts teams.
- Travel within Narmadapuram and surrounding assigned territories as required.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in cement, construction materials, steel, paints or related industries preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local Narmadapuram market will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
