To provide efficient technical service and after-sales support for bicycles, ensuring proper product performance, customer satisfaction, timely resolution of service complaints, and effective coordination with the sales and service teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Attend to customer complaints and service requests related to bicycles.
- Inspect bicycles and identify mechanical, electrical, or functional issues.
- Carry out servicing, repair, maintenance, adjustment, and replacement of bicycle components.
- Diagnose issues related to brakes, gears, chains, wheels, tyres, pedals, bearings, suspension, and other components.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and ensure bicycles are in proper working condition before delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, dealers, and sales personnel.
- Visit customer locations, dealers, and service centres whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of service complaints, repairs, spare parts used, and service history.
- Coordinate with the spare-parts team for timely availability of required components.
- Demonstrate proper bicycle operation, maintenance, and safety practices to customers.
- Support dealers and service technicians in troubleshooting technical problems.
- Identify recurring product/service issues and report them to the concerned department.




- Provide feedback to the production, quality, and product development teams regarding field-level issues.
- Ensure service activities are completed within the committed time.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on unresolved complaints.
- Maintain service tools, equipment, and workshop facilities in good working condition.
- Prepare periodic service reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Required Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Basic knowledge of bicycle mechanics, components, and maintenance.
- Experience in bicycle servicing, automobile servicing, or a similar technical service role will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical components and tools.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer/dealer service visits.
- Basic computer knowledge for preparing service reports and maintaining records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
