As a Video Editor at Febno Technologies, you will transform raw footage and creative ideas into engaging, high-quality visual content for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, corporate communication, podcasts, events, and brand promotions.

We are looking for a creative editor with a strong visual sense who understands modern editing styles, audience attention, storytelling, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, social media, advertisements, campaigns, and corporate content.
- Create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Edit podcasts, interviews, testimonials, promotional videos, and event content.
- Identify the strongest moments from long-form footage and convert them into engaging short-form content.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, music, and other creative elements where required.
- Perform professional colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, and sound synchronization.
- Create visually engaging intros, outros, transitions, and branded video elements.
- Select appropriate B-roll, footage, graphics, and other visual assets to strengthen storytelling.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Optimize videos according to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platform requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to convert concepts into effective visual content.
- Follow current social media trends, editing styles, and content formats.
- Manage multiple video projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.




- Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and final exports efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma, degree, or professional training in Video Editing, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Media, Animation, or a related field is preferred.

1–4 years of professional video editing experience preferred.

Candidates with exceptional portfolios and practical editing skills will be considered regardless of formal qualification.

Skills Required

- Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, and audience engagement.
- Strong knowledge of short-form content and social media editing.
- Valuable understanding of colour grading, audio editing, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Ability to work independently and take creative ownership of projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and current content trends.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and develop it into a polished final video.
- Knowledge of AI-powered video and creative tools is an added advantage.

Portfolio Required

Applicants must submit a portfolio or links to previous video editing work along with their application.
