- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and provide friendly customer service.
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and portion standards.
- Keep the coffee station, equipment, counters, and dining areas clean and hygienic.
- Replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
- Monitor inventory and inform supervisors about low-stock or damaged items.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Support other café/restaurant operations when required.
