We are looking for an experienced Plant Head / Senior Manufacturing Leader to lead a technically complex precision components manufacturing plant and drive operational excellence, productivity, quality, and profitability.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Lead plant-wide operational turnaround and transformation initiatives
Diagnose operational challenges and develop structured improvement plans
Drive Lean, TPM, 5S, visual management, and shopfloor discipline
Partner with the Production team to improve delivery, OEE, productivity, and quality
Drive cost reduction through process improvements,



scrap reduction, rework elimination, and energy efficiency
Strengthen quality systems and reduce customer complaints and PPM
Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cost ownership
Develop plant leadership and workforce capabilities through structured training and multi-skilling
Work closely with commercial teams and senior leadership on customer and business requirements

Ideal Candidate:

✔ 20–25 years of manufacturing operations experience
✔ Proven experience in plant turnaround / operational transformation
✔ Strong expertise in TPM and precision components manufacturing
✔ Experience in Auto Components, Transmission Systems, or similarly complex engineered products preferred
✔ Exposure to export-oriented manufacturing environments will be an advantage
✔ Solid track record in cost reduction and productivity improvement
✔ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and commercial skills

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
