About Us

Meadbery is an established D2C health and wellness brand with 10 years in the market and a growing team across sales, marketing, operations, and customer support. We are looking for a seasoned HR skilled to independently own and run our entire HR function.

About the Role

This is a senior, standalone HR role. You will be the single point of authority for all people matters — recruitment, discipline, records, payroll coordination, and day-to-day office decorum. We need someone experienced and composed who can hold the room, set the tone, and run HR without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across sales, marketing, and support roles
- Maintain office discipline, decorum, and a professional work culture
- Manage attendance, leave, and enforce workplace policies fairly and consistently
- Handle employee relations, grievances, misconduct matters, and disciplinary action
- Draft and maintain employment agreements, offer letters, and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs, incentive structures,



and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Run performance reviews, improvement plans, and exit processes
- Act as the bridge between management and staff, and represent HR with maturity and authority

Requirements

- 8+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally including a standalone or leadership HR role
- Proven ability to independently manage an HR department end-to-end
- Strong command of Indian labour law and statutory compliance
- Calm, mature, and firm temperament — able to maintain decorum and handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
- Based in or willing to relocate to Zirakpur / Tricity (Chandigarh–Mohali–Panchkula)
