Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the Alappuzha sales operation, drive student admissions, increase revenue, and build a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete sales and admissions team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Alappuzha market.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and team productivity.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales team members.
- Improve lead-to-admission conversion rates.
- Handle key leads and support the team with major closures.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and sales reporting.




- Build relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, and local partners.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Academic teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and support branch growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 3–8 years of sales experience.
- EdTech / Education sector experience is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of team-handling/leadership experience preferred.
- Proven record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent Malayalam and English communication.
- Solid CRM and sales-reporting knowledge.

Compensation

BEST-IN-INDUSTRY SALARY + HIGH PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

Ideal Profile: Sales Head / Branch Head / Sales Manager / Admissions Head with strong EdTech sales + team management + revenue-generation experience.

Pay: ₹24,505.13 - ₹95,838.78 per month
