About the Role

Accounting Outsource Hub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and motivated International Telecaller / B2B Business Development Executive to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the USA, UK and Australia and introducing our professional Accounting, Bookkeeping and Outsourcing Services.

This is a target-oriented role suitable for candidates who have excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA, UK and Australia.
- Introduce our Accounting, Bookkeeping and Outsourcing services professionally.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and client responses.
- Build professional relationships with international prospects.
- Schedule meetings/consultations with interested prospects.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team for qualified leads.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with prospects.

What We Are Looking For





- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Comfortable with international cold calling.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Previous experience in international calling, telesales or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

This is a Night Shift position involving regular communication with clients/prospects from the USA, UK and Australia. Candidates must be comfortable working night hours.
